This study aims to examine the effect of transparency and accountability on management school operational assistance funds at SMAN 7 Merangin in 2021. research is a descriptive with quantitative data analysis methods. uses purposive sampling technique. Research collection done by distributing questionnaires 50 respondents. Data using SPSS version 22 software. The test tools used this were statistics multiple linear regression analysis. results indicate that: 1) Transparency Accountability have significant School Operational Assistance (SOA), 2) has SOA, 3) fund SOA.
